Journal Entry: Mon Nov 26, 2007, 10:19 PM

next days

As you may notice, I'm a not journal writing type, also hate css codeing. But finally i'm done with a new one. So i guess it will stay a while. Anyway i think its not too late for some plans. Its really time to start working on something new, lately i found 70% of 3d art is pointless (inculding mine) cars, giant robots, street scenes, so i need some new inspiration, also raise the resolution cos HD is here.

On the music front. I spend more and more time play guitar, learn music and pay for guitar lessons $ Try to find time for 3d cos there arent enough for both. But hopefully now i'm abel to write music for some flash animations. From 'general' playing now i'm start to get orientation to alternative (like Jesse Sykes), and indie (Hello Saferide). To stick together graphics and music, i started to develope some visual aid for guitar players. The 3D guitar collection will continue, with some telecasters ;) mostly cos mine tele shape too.

and some personal, just finished reading the eniter peanuts collection, i really recommend to everyone, nice humor with funny drawings and brilliance. also great to pop up between 2 renders, no wonder i work slow.

still in pursuit for the perfect tree...

I can only agree, music and graphics are basically the same thing - only different interpretations ;)

Also, I think it's a wonderful idea to think through the model as you did. Not only modeling the guitar but also playing it, that must surely give you a very exact feeling of "what a guitar actually is". I hope you get the point and it's something I try to do as well. Trying to understand and appreciate the model is one of the most important steps in my process of making a picture.

Lastly, I feel honored that you put me in your journal...wow, thank you very much :)

you are welcome, understanding is a very imporant step, even if its take more time than make the picture itself
